Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with E-Shoppingg. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is significantly different from its description.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Cosmetics and skincare products that have been opened or used
- Food and grocery items
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards and digital products
- Downloadable software
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support.
- Provide your Order Number and reason for the return.
- Include photos or videos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Wait for return approval before shipping the item back.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email or phone confirmation.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another agreed payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer product replacements or exchanges if:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product is defective.
- The product arrived damaged.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), E-Shoppingg will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
8. Marketplace Sellers
E-Shoppingg is an online marketplace where products may be sold by independent sellers.
- Each seller is expected to comply with this Refund and Returns Policy.
- Some products may have seller-specific return conditions, which will be mentioned on the product page.
- E-Shoppingg reserves the right to mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order Number
- Product photographs
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
